Tuition

Full season tuition consists of 40 lessons, which includes finale practice and stage rehearsal for our spring recital. Monthly payments are averaged over 10 equal payments due on the first of the month. Holidays and studio closures are NOT included in tuition pricing.

Due at the time of registration

  • $30 family registration fee

  • The first and last month’s tuition (based on the day your dancer begins classes)

  • A costume deposit (if your dancer begins classes in January)

Tuition Policies

  • Tuition is due the first of each month. Payments may be made ahead of time

  • A late fee is automatically applied if tuition is not received before the 15th of each month

  • We do not mail/hand out statements. Reminders are in our monthly newsletter and bulletin board

  • We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover

  • Tuition is non-refundable for dropped classes or absences

  • We offer a maximum of 2 make-up classes per season for absences

  • Students will not be allowed to participate in class if their account is delinquent for more than 30 days

Arrangements can be made for individual circumstance. Please contact the office manager or director to do so.

Attendance

Regular attendance is crucial for a dancer to progress. If a dancer must miss a class, please call or email the office before your class time. If you know your dancer must miss a class in advance, please let the office and your teacher know as soon as possible. Parents should contact the studio via email/phone. Please do not text your dancer’s teacher for absences.

Observation

Our studio encourages parents and family to watch their dance during class. However, all observers, including siblings, must remain quiet during class. If a sibling is not able to do this, please do not bring him or her to class. Extra noise in the waiting area is distracting to the dancers and can disrupt class. Please, no food in the waiting area.

Parking

Please use the 6 assigned spaces (235 & 237) or the gravel lot.

Snow day policy

Classes may be canceled due to weather (snow, ice, etc.). The first snow day for each class is not made up. Any additional snow days will be made up. The decision to cancel classes is typically made in the afternoon and may differ from any school cancelations.

Dress code

All dancers are required to have their hair pulled back in either a bun, braid or ponytail. School clothes are not appropriate for dance class. For specifics on what each class requires, look below or contact the office. All shoes required for classes are available for purchase at our studio or in one of our online stores.

Merchandise

All shoes can be purchased at the office and are priced at very reasonable rates. Most sizes are in stock, but we can order what you need. Since shoes run so differently, we recommend trying them on before purchasing.
